Restaurant Style Paneer Chilli (Dry)

Paneer Chilli is a very popular dish in India and Indo China. Paneer Chilli is one of the very delicious dishes to find across the world. When Paneer lovers heard the name of paneer then the mouth started watering.Paneer is also known as cottage cheese. Paneer Chilli can be eaten aside with Veg noodles and Veg fried rice it’s a good combination.Dry Paneer chilli takes a few times to make but after making It’s taste is very soft and yummy. It can be made with easily available ingredients at home. Paneer chilly is a perfect for any occasion and party as a side dish. There are many types of making Dry Paneer chilli But today I ‘ m sharing a Restaurant style Dry Paneer Chilli in a simple way and how to make it at home. This Paneer Chilli is the combination of marination of Paneer and a few spices to enhance the taste of Paneer Chilli.

Ingredients

Marinades for Paneer

  • 250gm Fresh paneer (medium size cubes)
  • 2 tsp of Corn Flour
  • 1 Tsp of Red Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp of Salt

Making For Paneer Chilli

  • 1 onion (cut into dice)
  • 1 capsicum (cut into triangle shape)
  • 1 Green chilli (per chilli cut twice)
  • 1 small bowl Spring onion
  • 12 to 15 garlic Cloves (finely Chopped)
  • 1 inch Ginger (finely Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp of water
  • 10 ml oil
  • ½ tsp of salt

Method

Marinades for Paneer

  • First take a bowl then add into the 250gm Fresh paneer medium size cubes.
  • Then add into the 2 tsp of Corn Flour,1 Tsp of Red Chilli powder, ½ tsp of Salt and all to mix well.
  • Keep aside for marination half an hour.

Making For Paneer Chilli

  • First turn on the flame then put the pan on it. Then add into the 10 ml oil.
  • When oil is heated then transfer into the marinated paneer cubes one by one and fry it. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After that, take out the fry paneer onto the plate.
  • Then take kadai and put it on the gas flame then add into the 2 tsp of oil.
  • When oil is heated then add into the finely chopped ginger and garlic and all to mix well.
  • After that add into the cutted dice onion fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Then add into the cutted triangular capsicum and sliced green chilli and mix well.This vegetables quickly stir fried. So that vegetables do not lose their crunch.
  • After that add into the 1 tsp Red chilli sauce, add 1 tsp Soya sauce, add 1 tsp tomato sauce, add1 tsp Vinegar and all to mix well.
  • Then take a small bowl add into the 1 tsp of corn flour and add 2 tsp of water and make fine paste and add into the mixture.
  • After that add into the 1 tsp of red chilli powder. And ½ tsp of salt and all to mix well.
  • Then add into the fry paneer cubes and all to mix well. For 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After that add into the small bowl spring onion and mix well.
  • Then serve this hot Dry paneer chilli …it’s yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy
