Egg Biryani | How to Make Egg Biryani

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 glass Rice (Basmati)
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 glass Rice (Basmati)
  • 4 onion (onion sliced)
  • 2 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 3 green chillies (sliced)
  • 4 to 5 Garlich (finely chopped)
  • 2 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 bayleaf
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds/shahi jeera
  • 5 black paper
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • 3 to 4 tsp chicken biryani masala/ biryani masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 pinch saffron water
  • 1 small bowl fried onion
  • Small bowl curd
  • Small bowl coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 glass of water
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 5 to 6 tsp of oil
  • 2 tsp of ghee (liquid butter)

Method

  • Wash the Basmati rice and soak for half an hour.
  • First take a 10 eggs and boiled it for 6 to 7 minutes on high flame. Remove the shell of eggs put in a bowl. Then take a fork, give it holes to the eggs one by one, add to it ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chilli powder and add ½ tsp salt. And mix it. Live eggs for marination Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Turn on the flame, put it pan on it then add ½ tsp of oil to and add to it all marinated eggs and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. On this way, fry the eggs. transfer into the same bowl.
Fried Eggs
  • After that Take a pressure cooker and put it on flame and add 5 tsp of oil when oil is heated, then add 2 bay leaves and 1 tsp of caraway seeds. Add to it 5 balack paper, 5 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick and mix it.
  • Then add to it finely chopped ginger and garlic and mix well.
  • Add to it all sliced onion and stir it. add sliced green chillies and stir it. stir for onion when its colour is changed golden brown.
  • Add to it 2 tomatoes finely chopped and mix it. Mix it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • When tomatoes are soft then add to it ¾ tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 4 ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 3 tsp chicken biryani masala and 3 tsp salt and all to mix it. (if chicken biryani masala is not available in the kitchen then use biryani masala also).
Frying Masala
  • Then add to whisk it a small bowl curd and mix well and add to it some coriander and mix it.

  • After that add to it soaked rice and all to mix well. Then add to 1 tsp chicken biryani masala and mix it.

  • Then add a small bowl of fried onions and add 2 glasses of water. (I take 2 sliced onions and fry in the oil till the colour of the onion is changed dark brown).
  • Add to it one by one eggs and add to it some corianders, 2 tsp of ghee add it.
Added Eggs
  • Close the lid of the pressure cooker and give the 1 whistle to the pressure cooker.
  • After 1 whistle, turn off the flame and live the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
  • Then Egg biryani is cooked.
  • Serve Egg biryani with raita and salad. Yuuuummmmmmmy !!!!
