Chicken Lollipop is a very popular dish in India and Indo China. Chicken Lollipop is one of the very delicious dishes to find across the world. When Chicken lovers heard the name of chicken Lollipop then the mouth started watering.Chicken lollipop can eat as aside with chinese noodles and Chicken fridge rice its good combinations. Chicken lollipops can be made with chicken winglets or drumettes. The meat is cut and loose from the bone end and pushed down makes a lollipops. Chicken Lollipop takes a few times to make but after making It’s taste is very crispy and yummy. It can be made with easily available ingredients at home. There are many types of making Chicken lollipops But today I ‘ m sharing a Restaurant style Chicken lollipop in a simple way and how to make it at home. This chicken lollipop is the combination of marination of chicken and a few spices to enhance the taste of chicken lollipop.

Ingredients

For Chicken Lollipop Marinades

  • 15 Drumstics
  • 1 Tsp Ginger (1 inch ginger crushed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (4 pcs garlic crushed)
  • 1 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
  • ½ Tsp Black Paper
  • 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 Tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Tsp Salt

For Chicken Lollipop Batter

  • 2 Tsp Corn Flour
  • 4 tsp All purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 Tsp Ginger (1 inch ginger crushed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (4 pcs garlic crushed)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 Egg (raw egg)
  • 1 tsp Salt

For Chicken lollipop Frying

  • 300 ml Oil

Method

Chicken Lollipop Marinades

  • First Take a bowl transfer into the Chicken lollipop and wash it 2 to 3 times.
  • Then add into the 1 tsp of crushed ginger, add 1 tsp of crushed garlic and add 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilli and add 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder and ½ tsp of black pepper powder and add 1 tsp of schezwan sauce and add 1 tsp of soya sauce and add 1 tsp of salt and all to mix well.
  • Make sure that all Masala coated properly into chicken lollipops.
  • Then take a plate and cover the lollipop bowl for 30 minutes for marinations.

Chicken Lollipop Batter

  • Take a bowl then add into the 2 tsp of corn Flour, add 4 tsp of all purpose flour, add 1 tsp of crushed ginger and add 1 tsp of garlic and add 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, add 1 tsp of soya sauce and add 1 tsp of schezwan sauce and add 1 tsp of salt add into 1 raw egg and all to mix well. (Make sure that Chicken lollipop Batter can be made after 30 minutes of marinating chicken).

Chicken lollipop Frying

  • For frying chicken lollipop turn on the flame, put it on kadhai on it and add oil to heat on high flame.
  • After That take A bowl of Chicken lollipop and all marinated Chicken Lollipop Transfer into the Chicken lollipop Batter.
  • When oil is heated then take one by one pc of Chicken lollipop and transfer into the kadai for frying. Fry the chicken lollipop on medium flame.
  • Chicken Lollipop is fried on all sides then taken out onto the tissue paper plate. (On frying time add 4 to 5 pcs of chicken lollipop and fry it).
  • On this method, fry all Chicken lollipops.
  • Serve this Hot Chicken Lollipops with Schezwan chutney.
